With more than 10 years experience seeking out beautiful properties to renovate and update for themselves, Laura and Patrick are very experienced at finding and purchasing unique properties. For some clients creating their dream home will start with the search, and this is something that Laura and Patrick are very happy to assist with. They have a wonderful little black book of contacts in the industry, and happily hold your hand from start to finish, introducing you to their trusted legal and financial teams if needed, as well as assisting with building surveys and the purchase process in general to suit your budget, all whilst supporting you through the whole journey.
Interior Design
Laura’s designs are fresh, serene and elegant. She always gives careful consideration to the architecture and history of the building before starting the design process. She has forged wonderful relationships with a group of craftsmen and suppliers, who assist her team in seamlessly delivering stunning and utterly unique homes to their clients. Nature and art feature heavily in Laura’s designs; from natural stone and marble to wooden flooring, beautiful metal finishes, tactile fabrics and trees, her schemes always exude an overriding sense of elegance, comfort and calm.
Art Curation
Laura’s love of art is clear throughout her design schemes. Her mother studied Fine Art at university and has been a collector ever since and this has inspired Laura’s own knowledge and passion for the subject. Art is always factored in early in the design process and can often be the jumping-off point for Laura when starting a room scheme.
She loves sourcing and curating art and will often commission pieces from artists all over the world to create something truly unique for her clients. Laura has wonderful relationships with artists and galleries across the UK as well as internationally.
